My name is Louis. I don't know why but I am always on the move. I hike, I backpack, I run, I rock climb, and I just bought a road bike. I do remember the good old day when I just sit in front of the TV playing my Nintendo... at least it's cheaper!

I am currently taking a long break from hiking because I am currently mentoring for the Team In Training San Gabriel Valley Marathon Team.

2008/03/02: Los Angeles Marathon 2008 : I have been training with Team In Training during the last few months for this. Although I have problem with my knee and I end up finishing much slower than I thought, but finishing the marathon together with my teammates means much more than any PR. I didn't run this marathon alone, I run it as a team. EVERYONE in the team slow down for any teammates in trouble. No one ran out of food and gel because we all did our part and share. Coaches and Mentors are out there on the courses to give us support and the cheering that each of us need.

2008/06/01: San Diego Rock N Roll Marathon : -This is a preview of what it will be like when you run your event. I am not sure if those manly girls will show up but something will always surprise you =) -Marathon is so much fun when your knee doesn't hurt... as much. -This one is much better than LA! Running with Honored Teammate Gordie prove to be an inspirational experience. -P.S. Camera time is one hour slower than actual time.
